Advice to the human race straight from Alien Extraterrestrials
According to this UFO expert.
(I wasn’t looking for UFO videos…I promise.)
A TikTok vid caught my attention recently, but this isn’t footage of a flying saucer or an alien body. The video is simply two minutes of an older, distinguished looking gentleman in a nice suit testifying about aliens. And what this guy says is pretty wild. So, I decided to look into the details, and I gambled that the time would be well spent and make a good ‘stack post.
I believe my results provide some interesting history and perspective into the current flying saucer mania that’s skyrocketed (pun intended) in public interest in 2023. Yes, I know people have been fascinated by UFOs for centuries. I know there are recorded UFO sightings going back before Roswell. I get that. But I’m sure you’ll agree that something recently shifted, and the topic is now embraced by the mainstream media. The corporate media matrix has never spent this much time and attention on UFOs. One could claim their primary motive is more digital clicks, but I suspect there’s more to it. If this UFO craze gets any more intense, we could be witnessing another mass formation psychosis like that Hungarian psychologist talked about with Robert Malone during the scamdemic.
This sudden spike in UFO reporting has a purpose, which is why it’s going to be important to not ignore these alien tales and flying saucer whistleblowers.
In my humble opinion, the current alien obsession is more than just a distraction—yes, there’s no denying the topic works beautifully when the powers that shouldn’t be need something to distract the public. However, I think UFOs and aliens could be used as a tool for global government. I believe the groundwork is being laid for possibly the biggest psyop EVER in human history.
So, as news detectives, we need to bring plenty of skepticism to this subject and seek solid evidence.
Now let’s get back to the video — I started looking into the details because I wanted to provide you with some context. The video is short, and the Rumble description provided zero background information.
Here is what I found…
For many years before his death in 2021, Paul Hellyer was called “the world’s highest ranking alien believer.”
Hellyer served as the Canadian Defence Minister (that’s spelled Defense for the ‘murica readers) — a position equivalent to the U.S. Secretary of Defense. Hellyer held this position in the late 1960s.
While reflecting on his career during a videotaped speaking engagement, Hellyer claims he heard plenty of strange reports about U.F.O.s with his security clearance offering access to Canada’s military defense secrets. “When I was minister of defense, which was a long time ago, I got sighting reports, and there were many sighting reports—about 80 percent were natural phenomena, and about 20 percent were unexplained. Unidentified,” Hellyer recalled during his talk in what looks like a hotel ballroom.
Hellyer explains he brushed off the topic of UAPs for years, always claiming to be “too busy to get caught up in U.F.O.s,” not taking a serious interest in them until around the year 2000. That’s when Hellyer started getting mail from a guy in Ottawa named Pierre Juneau.
I didn’t know who Juneau was, so I looked him up and it turns out he was formerly the head of the Canadian Radio and Television Commission (CRTC) from 1968 to 1975. He was also appointed by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau to the cabinet position of Minister of Communications, which he didn’t hold long due to some snafu in Canadian politics. But in 1982, he became president of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Later in life, he taught in the communications department at the University of Montreal.
So, we are looking at two gentlemen with some levels of political connection and sophistication with access to military data and sources on the subject of UFOs.
When Trudeau contacted Hellyer and started sending him info, this included a book titled The Day After Rosswell by former Pentagon official Col. Philip J. Corso.
Trudeau also told Hellyer he should watch an ABC News special on UFOs hosted by Peter Jennings. Hellyer viewed the program and said, “I know that most Ufologists think the show was a debunker, but I listened to all those ex-pilots and airline pilots and armed forces personnel, and air traffic controllers and policemen, who all said they had seen UFOs, and I said to myself, “they’re not lying—why would they go on a program like that and tell lies? So, this had quite an impact on me, actually.”
The documentary was most likely this one - UFOs: Seeing is Believing (February 2005) - an ABC documentary that came out six months before host Peter Jennings passed away:
What I’m gathering is that Hellyer played a vital role in getting the “UFO’s are real” out into the zeitgeist during the more modern UFO era of the 1990s thru the 2010s. His resume with a stint as Canada’s defence minister brought a level of credibility that was practically unsurpassed amongst the pool of talking heads who could get booked on shows like Donahue or 60 Minutes to talk about UFOs.
Which takes us to the video…
He passed in 2021, so Hellyer did not participate in last week’s congressional hearing on UFOs. However, Hellyer testified before a group of U.S. representatives in 2013, claiming that aliens exist. And what he said back then must have sounded preposterous to many people. Take a listen or read the transcript below:

“If you’ll indulge me for a moment, I’d like to read two pages of advice from the extraterrestrials.
(He then speaks as if he is reading quotes directly from aliens. You can see he is reading from his book Light at the End of the Tunn: A Survival Plan for the Human Species (2010).
“Yes, it’s true that we have been in contact with your government and heads of power. It is also true that agreements have been made and kept secret from your people.
It is also true that in the past, some of your people have lost their lives or have been badly hurt to protect the secret. Our hands had no part in this.
We contacted your leaders because your planet is in grave trouble.
Your leaders said the vast majority of your population wasn’t ready for anything like us yet. So, we made time agreements with your leaders as to when your people would be made aware of our presence.
Your air, your water, are contaminated.
Your forests, jungles, trees and plant life are dying.
There are several breaks in your food chain.
You have an overwhelming amount of nuclear and biological weapons which include nuclear and biological contamination.
Your planet is overpopulated.
Warning: it is almost to the point of being too late—unless your people act.
There are better ways of deriving energy. And food needs without causing your planet any damage. Those in power are aware of this and have the capability to putting these methods into worldwide use.
Those in power view it as a military and security threat. That upset me. You mean to tell me that the people in power have the ability to save and better the planet and they aren’t doing it?
Amnesty - what do you mean? Complete amnesty to those in power. Governments and leaders who have been suppressing the truth that they can’t be held liable for any past wrong deeds. It is the only way these leaders can come forward with the truth.
It is necessary that you do this in order to work together and survive.
Funny how the aliens are requesting immunity for the politicians. The greys or the greens or whoever they are want us to not get mad at the politicians who have been keeping the aliens a secret.
Hmm. Remind you of anything—like the calls to forgive the plandemic pushers? The aliens want us to hug it out and sing kumbaya with the scoundrels still in power.

Anyway, one thing that sticks out to me as I’m watching this video and others with Hellyer talking about UFOs, explaining the four species of aliens currently living on earth, yada yada—in all of them, we see just a guy talking without providing any real evidence—just like the recent UFO hearings with David Grusch.
Total hearsay.
I have not read Hellyer’s book, but I would like to know his source for the alleged “advice from the extraterrestrials” he reads in the video.
To get to know Hellyer better, here is a ten-minute video that will make you think Hellyer is a nice old fella, but again - it’s all talk, no evidence. It grabs your attention but is completely anecdotal with no solid evidence—the same way the alleged whistleblower Grusch is presenting his case: all talk, no physical evidence due to “national security.”
Uh huh.
And while we’re on the subject of UFOs, here is an interview with journalist Michael Shellenberger—one of my favorite truth seekers and free speech advocates—talking with host Michael Shermer on the YT channel Skeptic.
TEASER: Shellenberger starts off by saying his sources do back up Grusch’s claims, as Shellenberger’s sources say there are 12 to 15 non-human aircraft in the government’s possession.
As new UFO stories hit the internet—I’ll be digging more into the players involved—both past and present (like Hellyer and Grusch) and we will consider the evidence, possibilities, and I’ll be dropping breadcrumbs on what (I believe) is really going on in the big picture. My hope is that you will add more views and opinions in the comments for further discussion and enlightenment.

Feynman ( like Oppenheimer designed 1st atomic bomb ) responded that in ALL HUMAN history to date, there is NO proof of alien visitation; Note he held the highest security clearance, and spent much of his life in NM&NV at the most secret installations.

Then he went on about simple logic, given in all human history so far say 1Million years and no proof, then ergo the odds of a visitation in the next 1M years is also zero;

Note here in this post they talk about non-human made 'machines', it could very well be built by a monkey, or a some other intelligent animal.
Like Feynman say's in all human history so far, no extraterrestrial craft has ever been found, and proven to exist.
All I can add is the old joke:
"How do we know that there is intelligent life in the Universe?"
"They haven't tried to contact us."
Well, while I am at it, UFOs are only one of the biggest psyops that include "pandemics," "climate change," WW3, and all these united under the control of CBDCs.
