Can We Defeat 'Wokeness'?
Here is some hope for the anti-woke. Let's close out the week with some inspirational news.
A British comedian of Russian origin named Konstantin Kisin recently gave a seven-minute talk at Oxford University to an audience of students (predominately made up of 18–22-year-olds). His speech video went viral.
If you are worried about the damages that “woke” ideology is inflicting on your community, watch his persuasive talk at the Oxford Union. Seeing young people dressed up in classy suits is a refreshing site on its own—but the message Kisin delivers on wokeness is so good—excited cheers erupt from the Generation Z audience at the end.
Kisin appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored. Morgan is a proud liberal fed up with wokeism and its accompanying cancel culture.
Wokeness has infected Great Britain as well. The U.S. one of many hosts.
Kisin talks about his viral video and the meaning behind his message to Oxford students:
“I know you’re shocked by it and a lot of people in the West are, but actually as someone who grew up in the Soviet Union, this is very familiar. This is exactly what we had. And that’s one of the reasons why I’m in this country. My grandfather “said the wrong thing” and was forced into exile.” — Konstantin Kisin

Can we defeat 'wokeness?' Yes, we can do about anything we set our minds to. Will we? I think that's the real question. While I think many people are becoming more and more aware of it, I don't know if enough people are speaking out and doing something about it. The fact that ultra left winger Bill Maher is actually speaking out against the woke insanity does give me hope though.
