When Elon Musk was negotiating the purchase of Twitter, he stressed the problem of fake bot accounts plaguing the platform and the need to clean them up. The bot issue was so bad that it almost prompted Musk to back out of the deal.

Reportedly, he’s working hard to clean out the fake accounts. Many bogus profiles are used to disseminate spam. However, some accounts get used for propaganda spreading purposes.

Here is one example—accounts allegedly from LGBTQ doctors spreading Faucisms.
