Senators Expose HHS Complicity in Facilitating Largest Child Trafficking Ring in U.S. History
The HHS officer being grilled by two Senators appears bored and annoyed for having to address this outrageous child abuse occurring through the southern border.
Did you see the Senate committee hearings last week on missing migrant children?
These government hearings are often quite revealing and compelling to watch. They can get me riled up at times—particularly when innocent children are being abused. A few months ago, Sound of Freedom opened many eyes to this topic and got me fired up.
However, after all the eyes opened by that movie, we still have a huge child trafficking problem on our hands.
I wish these hearings would lead to someone getting fired or prosecuted. Congressional hearings rarely seem to do much other than make us “more aware.”
I don’t know about you, but I’m up to my earlobes in awareness.
People need to go to jail.
This woman named Robin Dunn Marcos, the Director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, got grilled by the Senate Judiciary Committee—a well-deserved grilling.
The topic of the hearing was: "Ensuring the Safety and Well-Being of Unaccompanied Children." Marcos, who hit the headlines earlier this year when she admitted to the House Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs that her department had lost contact with over 85,000 unaccompanied minors, failed to impress Hawley with her statement and seeming lack of accountability.
The heated exchange began when Hawley questioned Marcos over her department's practice of providing a "Know Your Rights" presentation to every migrant child. The senator wanted to know if that presentation took place "before or after" HHS "released them to labor traffickers." Marcos stammered out an answer, but Hawley quickly cut in to question if she had read a series of New York Times articles that documented the dire fates of many of those 85,000 children who have been released by HHS into uncertain situations.
The New York Times, in a rare act of journalism, has revealed what awaits many of these youngsters when they are released from HHS custody. Hawley, in referring to the articles, alleges the minor children are reduced to scrubbing dishes, operating heavy machinery, delivering meals, harvesting coffee, working construction, working as housekeepers, and working overnight shifts at plants. He concluded, "They are not paid, they are not going to school, they are not cared for, they are not given meals ... almost all illegally." (source)
I could not find this Biden appointee’s salary, but I’m sure U.S. taxpayers are paying Marcos a comfortable paycheck as HHS fails to protect migrant children.
Or is this not a failure but something sinister?
If you haven’t yet, please take 15 minutes of your time to watch these two segments of the Senate hearing. Take a look at how arrogant and awful this Marcos character is at her job. They have lost (so far) over 85,000 children through their immigration resettlement process.
This stinks to high heaven!
Here is Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri with Ms. Marcos:
And here is an 8-minute clip of Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn ripping Marcos over this scandal of missing children that should be a top story throughout America’s news industry. But it’s not, which is very strange considering we are talking about 85,000 missing children who end up either in the sex trade or working illegally.
Another excellent report, Matthieu. Very disturbing state of affairs at HHS.
Those people are the epitome of evil. There's a special place for them in the afterlife. They don't give a crap about those kids. The only thing she's concerned about is where her next donut is coming from. It's so sad and infuriating 🤬
