The Nanny - Fran Drescher - Pushes Back on the Medical Technocracy
In a recent TikTok video, the actress slams the "ludicrous" vaccine mandates that plague the entertainment industry--while warning us all to find some courage and fight back.
Fran Drescher — best known for her role on the television sitcom The Nanny — seems to be one of the few celebrities able to step out of the hive mind and articulate a contrarian viewpoint.
As the President of SAG-AFTRA, the world’s largest labor union representing performers and broadcasters—Drescher took a refreshingly courageous stand in her latest TikTok video.
Whether it’s bravery or she just doesn’t care at this point — let’s hope Drescher puts out more TikTok videos like this one—because the freedom of humanity is at stake, and her voice is needed.
This new video on her TikTok is going viral—and not everyone is happy with what she has to say:

“As the President of SAG-AFTRA, it has been my obligation to follow the board’s decision to support the employer’s privilege to vaccine mandate productions as they so pleased.
As Fran Drescher, as well as the President of SAG-AFTRA, I have been outspoken publicly as well as with my board and executive director, in defense of those members who are unvaccinated for a myriad of reasons. And as a consequence, have lost their livelihoods, their representation, and their health benefits.
The reason that there are so many prescriptive drugs at the pharmacy, is because there isn’t one kind that works for everyone. So, to think that every human on the planet can take one vaccine is ludicrous. And to make that one vaccine the criteria for who is allowed to work, travel, dine, go to theater, etc. is an infringement on the disabilities act, the freedom of religion act, and body sovereignty.
We as a nation must be very careful that fear does not turn into fascism.
When equal citizens stop being equal - when cards must be presented to identify whether you are included or excluded - we stand at a tipping point of an America I no longer recognize.
And even though I myself am vaccinated - I must applaud Disney for taking the position to not vaccine mandate their sets any longer.
The problem with discrimination is that there will always be good people who justify it because of an extreme condition. But it is those times especially when we must fight even harder to protect the sanctity of freedom for all.
And never succumb to an “us vs. them” mentality.

The comments below Fran’s TikTok are frighteningly lopsided. 99% oppose her stance, which makes you wonder if TikTok—like the old Twitter—is loaded with bot accounts.

Interestingly, she was married to Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai at one time, known for many things, including being an “anti-vaccine activist,” according to some online searches. Screen Actors Guild has let producers call the shots, literally, on all sets, so many actors without the experimental injections have been out of work for the past 2 years. Crews, same thing, with their unions following suit. Hope the needle moves for all, in more ways than one so everyone can work again, shot or no shot!!
