VIDEO: People in China Rebel Against Covid Restrictions
The people of China are not known for rugged individualism or a passion for freedom. But everyone has their limits.
One story you may recall seeing in American news outlets like CNBC is a Covid outbreak in Guangzhou, China and the CCP’s draconian measures to try to contain the outbreak. (Are they still in 2020, or what?)
The city has 13 million people, and all residents are currently under stay-at-home orders.
Residents living in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou are being ordered to go to the nearest testing station and stay home. All schools and public transportation services across the city are closed. Only one member of each household can venture out to buy food, and everyone entering stores and other public buildings must show a negative test result as often as once per day, according to this Insider article.
What you aren’t seeing in mainstream news…
A new development that is being ignored in mainstream news is the many people throughout China who are getting increasingly frustrated. Folks are not getting access to food or medicine, and this frustration is now boiling over into street protests—something you rarely see in China.

This next video illustrates how downright dystopian things are getting in China:
This next video looks like something from an American city in 2020 - BUT ITS NOT THE U.S. - THIS IS CHINA! The people are fed up with being micromanaged in all areas of life:
This tweet has two short videos - both reportedly recorded in China last week. On the left video we see a metropolitan city that is eerily empty (cannot confirm which city in China is being shown) and on the right, the video appears to be two of China’s Covid enforcers (they always wear white hazmat suits with blue trim.) The appear looks to be showing them welding a door shut. We have heard reports of Chinese officials welding citizens door shut to keep them trapped inside since 2020, so a continuation of this practice in Guangzhou would not be farfetched.
More footage from China:
I’m not sure if this Twitter handle (Jennifer Zeng) is proud of China’s covid camps or is being sarcastic - but her video gives us a good look at what their state-of-the -art concentration camps, er, covid camps look like:
This video footage is reportedly from Nov. 11. Apparently, police fired a shot to enforce the total lockdown.

On Nov. 7, we see police and health officials beating someone who allegedly was locked down so long he was starving:
Nov. 7 - Hungry and angry people in Zhengzhou City tearing down lockdown barriers.
This footage of protests is reportedly from Xi-an City on Nov. 9, 2022:
The people of China are showing that even they have limits as to how far they will allow government to control their lives. News Detectives will report any new developments.
