Howzit, Private Eye?

These are surreal times.

Tonight, I’ve been cooking up some casseroles for an early Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow with some relatives. Our Christmas tree is up (early, I know. My wife and kids love to put it up way too early) and I’m a blessed man with a beautiful family.

Meanwhile, crazy things are going on in this world that are troubling.

One news story that went down this past week didn’t get much attention—but it should because it indicates how much trouble the United States is in right now.

What happened occurred in D.C. last Wednesday when 300 pro Palestinian protestors attacked the DNC offices in the Capitol. Picture 300 pissed off people with pepper spray and carrying chains turning violent, throwing punches, pushing and shoving people. Six police officers were injured.

But here’s the crazy part: only one person was arrested.

The people working inside the offices had to be sequestered until the protestors left.

Sound familiar?

These are people who cheered and danced when terrorists paraglided into Israel and raped, tortured, and killed young people at a music festival. But these same people breaking the law, threatening Democrats, and injuring police officers in D.C. are demanding a cease-fire now that Israel is retaliating.

Many of these protestors are not even American citizens. Yet, no one gets deported after causing such mayhem.

What’s most disturbing in this story is how these protestors get treated differently than the J6 protestors. You know how those folks are serving time in prison for doing much less than what these Hamas supporters did just a few days ago in our nation’s capital.

It serves the Democrats’ right to try to appease both sides while defunding law enforcement and coddling criminal behavior.

America is in trouble. Bad actors at the highest levels (White House, Congress) no longer serve the American people.

I don’t particularly appreciate where this country is going.

My children’s future is at stake.
