Will Donald Trump be arrested?

A criminal probe is underway, according to WaPo

For every political action there is an equal and opposite political reaction.

As former President Donald Trump methodically builds momentum leading to his big announcement declaring he will run for POTUS again—a diametrically opposite political force is brewing a counter-offensive.

According to the Washington Post - a known water carrier for the Biden Administration - the current Department of Justice has opened a criminal investigation into Donald Trump’s role and actions during the Jan. 6 election certification process.

I’m just spit balling from my political analysis armchair here: wouldn’t the Biden Administration want to indict Donald Trump before Trump announced he was running again in 2024? If they do this after Trump’s announcement, doesn’t that make it look more like a blatant politically motivated action?

Maybe the Democrats don’t care how it looks? According to the Attorney General, they don’t (see below.) However it plays out, indicting a former President alone would be unprecedented. Indicting a former President planning to run again soon? Mind blowing. Sadly - the U.S. would be getting into “banana republic” territory if this happens.

As NBC News host Lester Holt said, indicting Trump would “tear the country apart.”

~ WATCH: British Debate Moderator Faints on Live Television

Two British politicians - Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss - were in the middle of a televised debate when something horrible occurred: TalkTv host Kate McCann fainted as Truss was speaking.

The debate was in progress for a good awhile before the accident prompted the tv network to shut down the debate for good.

The camera was zeroed in on Truss, but you hear a terrible sounding crash as Truss looks on horrified, watching McCann collapse.

No word on McCann’s vaccination status or other health details.
