Woke Defined
Clearly defining the forces of darkness who want to take away your freedoms and your dignity will better equip you to fight back and beat the postmodern lunacy.
Wokal Distance - an obvious pen name but I get why he would want to use one - is known to be a foremost thinker and commentator in postmodernism and critical theory.
He’s a visiting fellow at the Center for Renewing America.
Distance is worth following on Twitter, as he posts long, informative threads that get into the details on the woke ideology. He’s quite insightful.
We hear the term “woke” get thrown around and I think many people automatically lump the woke mindset with liberalism - which is not an accurate assumption. Not all “liberals” or Democrats are fans of the woke ideology. Some liberals are more in the vein of “classical liberalism” and are appalled by wokeism. Which is why many are distancing themselves from left-wing groups that embrace the ideology.

Here is one of his Twitter threads where he defines what “woke” is and what it isn’t. He also explains why the woke pushers intentionally try to keep their ideology undefined. They want their movement to be as stealthy as a sea snake, and harder to nail down than Jell-O to a wall.
