Wow! The House Removes COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Off U.S. Military
Who deserves the credit for this shockingly good news? | PLUS: a new documentary that's going to red pill more people.
On Thursday the House passed a military spending bill for the nation’s defense to the tune of $858 billion (almost a trillion dollars!)
The pros and cons of giving Joe Biden $45 billions dollars more than he requested for defense programs can be debated—but there is one provision in the bill that is making millions of Americans happy and feeling some much needed relief:
The bill drops the COVID-19 vaccine mandate on all U.S. military service personnel.
Do you feel like dancing in the streets? Come join me.
Now, what everyone needs to know is—who got this done? Who deserves the credit for finally removing the COVID-19 shot mandate off of our military?
Democrats
Would you believe it was the Republicans?
For the Democrats to get such an expensive bill passed to provide Joe lots of play money to give to Ukraine and other overseas adventures—they had to compromise and give in to the Republican House members who were negotiating the removal of the vaccine mandate.
From the AP: To win bipartisan support for the bill, Democrats agreed to Republican demands to scrap the requirement for service members to get a COVID-19 vaccination. The bill directs Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to rescind his August 2021 memorandum imposing the mandate. Only days earlier he voiced support for keeping the mandate in effect.
Republicans are listing as their reasons to end the mandate a couple of facts that we have been hearing for months, but nobody did anything about:
The vaccine mandate was severely hindering military recruitment
The vaccine mandate was hurting military retention.
We know that over 8,000 active-duty service members were discharged for not taking the mRNA jab. That number is probably higher. (Source)
There are 16,000 religious exemptions still pending approval. Only 190 had been approved before this bill was passed. (Source) That appears to be a moot point now.
This bill allows those 16,000 service men and women waiting for religious exemptions to exhale.
Let’s give credit where it’s due - Republicans are the ones who brought this to the negotiation table. They pushed for it. If not for GOP House members, the Democrats never would have included this provision to drop the COVID vaccine mandate in the defense bill.
My hat tip to Republican House members does not reflect an endorsement of this military spending bill (nor the GOP Party in general.) I have not read this legislative monstrosity. According to the AP, the covid shot mandate removal takes up (only) one paragraph of what is a 4,408 page bill.
But this does give voters something to think about—and remember—going into 2024.
Newly appointed GOP House leader Kevin McCarthy said:
“The end of President Biden’s military COVID vaccine mandate is a victory for our military and for common sense.” — Kevin McCarthy, Republican, U.S. House
Personally, McCarthy does not stick out to me as someone who has been fighting hard to drop vaccine mandates. Maybe he has finally come around to admitting the failure of Operation Warp Speed…but that could be wishful thinking.
Longtime members of Congress usually have some personal agenda behind what they DO (let’s not focus on what they SAY but what they DO.) Time will tell if he and McConnell will continue to work for the UniParty—or if they will start listening to the American people.
This mandate drop is either their latest dose of hopium or a fresh start.

My truth colleague Mickey Z. over on Post-Woke pointed out a new documentary that’s coming out soon, called Anecdotals.
I’m excited about this new presentation of information and wanted to share it with my fellow news detectives. This doc will continue to wake up more people to the realities of the current mRNA jabs still being peddled and the shocking numbers of people that have been injured or killed by this inoculation.
The film will reach people that maybe did not get persuaded by the Died Suddenly documentary. We need layers of media providing the counter perspective—this is a good thing. The media matrix bakes and concretes their narrative through multiple channels and spokespeople. The counter-narrative must also do this—which is why we should embrace BOTH documentaries and support future films and content on mRNA jabs that show the truth that whatever is in those vials is neither “safe” nor “effective” for anyone.
Here is a 60-second trailer from a recent screening of Anecdotals:
