It makes me wonder if the Republicans don’t have a system where some of them vote for these anti-American laws one time, and then a different group votes on a different anti-American bill the next. It’d be a way for them to claim they’re still somewhat ‘conservative’ and support freedom. Just a thought.

The law is set to begin in 2026. I don’t know if there’s more detail as far as what month—it sounds like the start of 2026.
