Thanks for asking Matthieu. Personally I haven't tried it, but I know a lot who've had decent results. I have gone keto a few times and do intermittent fasting, but I am a sucker for maple syrup and honey. The only thing you may want to be aware of is that your blood could become too acidic from eating too much meat, so you'd want to balance this with green leafy veg/ alkaline foods.
I like to eat a lot of seafood, as the iodine helps flush out excess fluoride. Mackerel, grassfed butter, grassfed meat also has lots of DHA, which helps our nervous system regenerate:
Most important thing you can do is get in the sunlight, as UV drives our hormones, and 2/3 of our energy requirements comes from light, only 1/3 from food.
What are you trying to achieve with the diet? Lose weight, sharper cognition, healthier organs/detox?
