These 'Elephant in the Room' Roundup links are so 😱 shocking, almost surreal (well surreal to the sheeple, that is), that I feel they should all probably be put in one Google or Notion spreadsheet, to easily share and pass around.

(Hit me up if you want to work on that together)

I'm glad they are shocking! We don't want to consider this normal--never ever!

I just shot you over that email. 👊

It's like the psy-op is consuming the orchestrators of it as well, as they thresh around with the deadly sin of pride, inducing spiritual blindness. The mind is the final frontier. Why nutrition and meditation are so important - to help us clear our thoughts. Thanks for the humour, and the article.

Well said, Roman. Speaking of nutrition and health in general--I'm motivated to make some big changes in diet and exercise.

Nice! Any certain dietary protocol or exercise you're thinking of or interested in Matthieu?

What do you know and think about the carnivore diet?

Thanks for asking Matthieu. Personally I haven't tried it, but I know a lot who've had decent results. I have gone keto a few times and do intermittent fasting, but I am a sucker for maple syrup and honey. The only thing you may want to be aware of is that your blood could become too acidic from eating too much meat, so you'd want to balance this with green leafy veg/ alkaline foods.

I like to eat a lot of seafood, as the iodine helps flush out excess fluoride. Mackerel, grassfed butter, grassfed meat also has lots of DHA, which helps our nervous system regenerate:

Most important thing you can do is get in the sunlight, as UV drives our hormones, and 2/3 of our energy requirements comes from light, only 1/3 from food.

What are you trying to achieve with the diet? Lose weight, sharper cognition, healthier organs/detox?
