Just to clarify, industrial hemp is legal in all fifty states and has been grown in Kansas since 2019 after the 2018 Farm Bill was signed by President Trump. Medical marijuana is still illegal in Kansas, and that's what these ignorant Kansas pols are fighting against.
Exactly! This doesn't make any sense from a free market standpoint, because the KDA (and probably NDA as well) seems to favor wheat, corn, soybeans and cotton, which all have federal subsidies. With FedGov $31 trillion in debt and looking to default soon, those subsidies won't last for much longer.
