For me, it's his right ear lobe that's the give away. It's completely different on the modern day Joe from the old Joe. There's other features that are different too, but that's an extremely noticeable one.
The head does look longer...so how would they do this? Find a doppelganger, give them some surgical modifications and voila!? I know body doubles have been used since at least WW2. I think it would be harder to pull of today. Or is cloning more advanced than we know?
