Of course, Miley did not give heed. She continues to corrupt and be corrupted.

I don’t see or hear much about her these days. It feels like her career peaked years ago. And she’s only like 30 years old or so.

Wow, excellent letter. I was always fond of Sinead. I hadn't heard that she died. Great legacy.

Sadly she just passed away this week. It feels like she died of a broken heart over her son’s death. Not sure we’ll get the full story on her health.

Unfortunately Miley replied by making fun of Sinead's mental health issues. Can't expect much from someone like Miley, born into a showbiz family.. her biggest talent is following orders.

I know her father does not like her being sexualized—he would know how the music biz works!

Would be interesting to know exactly what Miley said to her in reply.

We obv know what she did. But what were her exact words?

She responded without one ounce of class. But are we surprised? Making fun of O’Conner’s mental health struggles? Yikes.

No class.

Sinead O'Connor's letter to Miley remains a kind, loving, and well-intentioned piece of advice for young women everywhere. Thank you for publishing it. If I had a teenaged daughter I would share it with her, in context.
