VIDEO: Texas Vaccine Symposium Seeks Forced Vaccine Mandates for All - One Guest Physically Attacked by Big Pharma Defender During Presentation
The pro mRNA inoculation group didn't want anyone asking questions - and they got violent when one man dared to ask.
If you think the 2020 playbook has been burned and forgotten—think again.
There are people still working behind the scenes to solidify vaccine mandates and other draconian measures to make them permanent — even when the country is not under an EUA (emergency use authorization.)
So far, two disturbing videos have emerged from an event that took place last Friday, October 14, 2022. The event was called the Texas Vaccine Policy Symposium, hosted by Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy- a “nonpartisan” public policy think tank that claims to be ranked “the No. 1 university-based think tank in the world.”
On their website, the Baker Institute describes the 4-hour event in these words:
Here is the listed agenda of the four-hour symposium:
A speaker named Valerie Gutmann Koch - a legal professor at the University of Houston Law Center who publishes extensively on the need for health care providers to have legal liability protection - gave a talk titled A New Weapon in the Anti-Vaccine Arsenal: Claiming the Unvaccinated as a Protected Class.
Here’s a concise overview of her resume:
A two-minute segment of her talk is going viral on social media and coming across this troubling video clip online is what brought this vaccine symposium to my attention.
A search on YouTube did not locate any videos from this event. However, Rumble is providing some video clips like the one tracked down on Ms. Koch’s talk.
The title of her talk (and much of the talk itself) drips hostility toward those who believe in body autonomy, freedom to decline an injection, and those who oppose vaccine mandates. In the clip, she portrays the unvaccinated as threats to public health.
Watching Koch’s speech clip lets you know where she is coming from. As a legal scholar, she is working behind the scenes to force all vaccines on all people.
Here is the clip (and transcript below if you prefer reading) filled with the usual fear porn, cloaked in academia speak:
“The United States is already seeing the reemergence of the polio virus in addition to an outbreak of the monkeypox—the latter of which was even declared a public health emergency. Both diseases have safe and effective vaccines that have been proven to control the transmission of these dangerous viruses.
However, if the unvaccinated become a protected class - the spread of such diseases is likely to escalate.
Fourth, and this is not the final reason, but it’s my final reason today — classifying unvaccinated individuals as a protected class is also legally inconsistent with the history of vaccine mandates. Mandatory vaccines are, by their nature, an intrusion into individual autonomy and bodily integrity. But the right to individual autonomy is not absolute and may be limited in circumstances where individuals pose a risk to others.
In the context of COVID-19, the risk of transmission and harm to others is great. Particularly for at-risk individuals in communities.
The Supreme Court, as we also heard earlier, held in 1905 that there are justifications when such intrusions are necessary. And it is essential to continue to abide by this precedent.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, citizens have used the legal system to enforce COVID-19 restrictions, and conversely, to argue against them. Efforts to declare the unvaccinated a protected class is just one weapon in an anti-vaccine advocate’s arsenal that could severely limit our ability to control highly transmissible and dangerous diseases. Countering these efforts will be a prolonged but necessary process to safeguard the public health. Thank you.”
The entire presentation cannot be located on video. However, you can read it here.
Koch opposes all legal protections for the unvaccinated.
WATCH on RUMBLE:
This event in Houston, TX was free and open to the public. Which leads us to the next video.
During one of the presentations - the speaker appears to be Rekha Lakshmanan, who is listed on the agenda - a man in the audience unexpectedly stands up and begins speaking.
The man does not have a mic, so his audio is not crystal clear. It sounds like he starts off with, “I have a question - Pfizer has the biggest criminal fine in history. So how is it anti science to not trust them? If they are on record bribing physicians and [inaudible} the test results, a 2.3 billion dollar fine, so how is it anti science to not trust them? Can you tell me, please?”
“So, I appreciate your comment. I would like to finish my presentation and you can hold your question to the end,” says Lakshmanan.
Another man sitting behind the questioner begins yelling at him to sit down “you s.o.b.” and he then attempts to choke the man asking the question. In self-defense, the guy asking the question pushes the violent man off of his neck. Since the man had his hand on the questioner’s throat, the shove he made on the assaulter is understandable as a means of self-defense.
Here are the two available videos, one focused on the speaker and the other on the protestor, so you get to see Lakshmanan’s reaction as the two men begin their physical altercation. The second video that’s closer to the protestor has better audio to hear what he’s saying.
WATCH:
As a viewer, the symposium has a sterile, creepy vibe. There appears to be less than 100 people present, and what’s funny is no one is masked.
Yet these folks still want your children to take the COVID mRNA shots - whether or not you agree is moot to them. They want to force you to roll up your sleeve.
Administrators, professors, executives and students telling us how to live. I'm tired of it. It didn't turn out to good for 'David' trying to choke 'Goliath' in this scenario. He's lucky that's all that happened to him.
Everything about this reads like a sci-fi/horror film scene. 😩YIKES!
